Key Account Manager Scotland

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Scotland, supporting the success of our prestigious Altro and Autoglym brands. This is a pivotal role where you will manage and develop key customer relationships across Scotland, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and driving sales growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in Scotland.
• Acting as the lead point of contact for all account management matters.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Analysing sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
• Preparing regular reports on account status and forecasting future sales.
• Representing the company at industry events and client meetings to promote brand visibility.
• Working remotely with occasional visits to clients and company offices as required.

Who You Are

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, ideally within the FMCG, automotive, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
• Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within Scotland as required.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable.
